This report compares current functional ability against previous findings, highlighting any changes in support needs and providing updated, evidence based recommendations.
This is particularly useful where a participant’s circumstances, environment, or diagnosis have changed since their last plan, and updated evidence is needed to reflect that. Review Reports are a practical option for participants approaching a plan review, or where circumstances have changed since the original assessment.
