An SCSA Occupational Therapy Report is prepared for School Curriculum and Standards Authority purposes, most commonly to support applications for special provisions in senior secondary assessment and examinations.
This report documents a student’s functional needs in an education context and provides the OT evidence required as part of an SCSA application.
This includes documenting how a student’s functional needs affect their ability to complete assessments under standard conditions, and what reasonable adjustments may be appropriate. We work within SCSA timeframes and requirements, and can liaise with schools where needed to ensure the report meets the relevant criteria.
